A recently built three bedroom Villa with private swimming pool, furnished to a high standard, all modern appliances for your comfort on holiday. The Villa is completely walled and entered by large iron gates, once inside the grounds you find an ample terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, a brick built barbecue and the private swimming pool.
You enter the Villa via a few steps, once inside, the lower level holds all three bedrooms, one master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes,en suite bathroom, a plasma television and fitted with air conditioning, plus french doors out to the terrace and pool area. There are a further two bedrooms with twin beds, but these beds link and therefore can be made into double beds, fitted wardrobes and one of the rooms also has access through french doors to the pool and terrace area. There is also a full bathroom between the twin bedrooms.
On the upper level of the Villa there is a large lounge with windows on three sides, giving fantastic views, this room has ample seating for up to six people and a plasma television with English channels. One part of the lounge is equipped with a dining table and six chairs and access through french door to a small balcony which in turn had a spiral staircase to a roof terrace with magnificent views. There is also a lovely fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances, dishwasher included, just off the kitchen there is a laundry room and a cloakroom.If you want to meet people the urbanisation of La Noria where the Villa is situated, has a community swimming pool, and tennis courts, you can use the facilities. Car hire is recommended, but there is a local bus service close by, to walk into Nerja would take about 20 minu

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
